Term Limit
A maximum of 25 years of purchase or construction of your property.
A maximum of 24 months of construction of your property.
Interest Rate
Purchase or construction: BT PRIME + 4% _ 18%.
In case of reimbursement by the client with 20% or more, the interest rate is reduced in 1%. (BT PRIME Subject to market conditions)
