Banco Terra celebrates its second anniversary
On the 3rd of December 2009, Mr. Francisco Souto (board member) announced a new phase of Banco Terra after two years of their foundation.
To celebrate this occasion, an event was organized in the direction of sharing the vision and project of the financial institution in the midst of representatives of the business community and the Mozambican civil society.
This event was consecrated with the eminent presence of Mr. Berry Marttin, member of board of director of Rabobank. Mr. Marttin shared his experience of success in Rabobank; one of the most prominent banks in agribusiness sector.
In the first two years of their existence, Banco Terra priority was to invest in a creation of a network of branches on a national level, specially were the agricultural sector is on the rise. This network consists of the eight branches, which are on operational and assisted by a strong and flexible IT infrastructure.
At the moment Banco Terra has installations in Nampula, Malema, Tete, Ulongué, Beira, Chimoio, Maxixe, Chokwé e Maputo.
